March: Patients sometimes ask me if one of my therapies, which they have read about in the newspaper or heard about from an acquaintance, can also help in their particular case. If I would answer: "Of course the therapy helps, but we need at least ten treatment appointments" you should leave my practice as soon as possible. My answer to your question is, "It depends." February: Is illness a lack of energy? If it were, you could ask yourself the questions: Where does my energy come from? What robs me of energy and what gives me energy? Is your energy level - so that your body functions properly and you feel well - also mentally and emotionally influenceable? January: Did your eyes also have to endure more than ever before, especially in the last year? Online classes and a limited social life outside have at least doubled the time I spent at the computer in 2020. June: Interview with Primoz Gricar, born and raised in Slovenia, has been flying hang gliders since 1996. He has been a member of the German National Hang Gliding Team since 2016, which I was allowed to accompany as a health coach in 2008. Primoz was already on the 1st place of the world ranking list, is a flight instructor and test pilot.
